The 90-Day Transformation Challenge: Building Consistency, One Day at a Time

Real transformation doesn’t come from perfection — it comes from consistency. That belief is the foundation of our 90-Day Transformation Challenge, launching January 5th and running through March 5th. This challenge is not about extremes, restriction, or burnout. It’s about showing up for yourself, building daily habits that stick, and discovering what you’re capable of when you commit — even on the days you don’t feel like it.

The beauty of this challenge is its simplicity. Every single day, you have the opportunity to earn points by doing three very achievable things: showing up to the gym, completing a planned workout, and writing in your journal. That’s it. No complicated rules. No pressure to be perfect. Just a clear, consistent structure that rewards effort, commitment, and follow-through.

Each time you show up to the gym, you earn one point. Whether you’re coming in for a quick workout, attending a class, or simply building the habit of walking through the doors — it all counts. Consistency starts with presence, and we want to celebrate that.

You’ll earn another point for completing your workout, whether that’s a plan you’ve created for yourself or one that I’ve personally designed as part of the challenge. This allows flexibility while still keeping you accountable. Some days might be heavy lifting days, others might be conditioning, mobility, or recovery — the goal is movement with intention.

The third daily point comes from something often overlooked but incredibly powerful: journaling. Every single day, you’ll write in your transformation journal. This isn’t about writing pages and pages — it’s about reflection, gratitude, goal-setting, and awareness. Journaling helps connect the physical work you’re doing in the gym with the mindset shifts happening internally. The journal is available for $12, and it becomes your personal roadmap throughout the 90 days — tracking progress, celebrating wins, and keeping you grounded when motivation dips.

The 90-Day Transformation Challenge itself is completely free with your gym membership, because we believe that support, structure, and accountability should be accessible to our community. This challenge is designed to meet you where you’re at — whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to recommit after a busy season.

One of the most powerful parts of this challenge is the community element. We’ll be running a Leadership Board in the gym, tracking points and celebrating those who are consistently showing up. You’ll also be using our gym app, where you can friend other members, see what classes they’re attending, stay connected, and keep each other accountable. Community creates momentum — and momentum creates results.

You can also earn additional points by attending bootcamp classes or any group fitness classes offered throughout January and beyond. Classes bring energy, variety, and accountability, and they’re an incredible way to stay motivated during the colder months.
